P2P solutions today enable transfers from 100 Mbps, 1 Gbps up to 10 Gbps to the end-users. The bandwidth to the end-users is always constant irrespective of the number of users. Moreover, there is less equipment needed to add new users when expanding the PtP networks, because they are easier to add to the existing network than with the passive solutions.
